How Does Our Delivery System Work?

All orders are shipped via trusted courier services, with the carrier determined based on product size and weight. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email for real-time updates.

Please note that customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s import regulations.

Delivery Timings

Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on stock availability, supplier region, and your delivery address. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States – 3-20 business days
  • Canada, Europe – 5-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand – 7-21 business days
  • Central & South America – 10-21 business days
  • Asia – 3-20 business days
  • Africa – 7-21 business days

Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays, but we will always keep you informed.

Returns & Refunds

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless experience. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Cancellations:
You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us promptly. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Your satisfaction matters to us! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange. Simply get in touch with us, and we will assist you with the process.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days once approved. For exchanges, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by external factors, such as customs, supplier or shipping carrier delays.
